Accommodation
The conference has secured rooms at special discounted rates. Bookings can be made during the registration process. You will need to select the available room type, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.
** Please note that accommodation can only be booked via your registration dashboard until FRIDAY 26TH JULY. After this date, all bookings should be made directly with the hotels at the public rates available at that time.**
Accommodation cancellations and changes
The special discounted rooms have a free cancellation policy up until 35 days before arrival (Friday 26th July). Rooms cancelled after the free cancellation period will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.

MANTRA AND SEBEL TWIN TOWNS
Conveniently located moments from the beach and close to the town centre, Mantra and The Sebel are part of the Twin Towns Resort. Inside the resort, you'll find a range of facilities including a fitness centre, steam room and sauna, mini golf, tennis courts, BBQ areas, heated indoor and an outdoor pool. Step outside and you'll be surrounded by the best of Coolangatta.
Kirra Beach is 600 metres from the hotel, while Greenmount Beach is less than 1 km away. The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, 5 km from The Sebel Twin Towns.

ROOMS AT THE SEBEL TWIN TOWNS
QUEEN ROOM (1-2 GUESTS)
Designed for innovative travellers, our Queen Room sleeps two guests in a queen bed and features a work station and private balcony. The double room's kitchenette, which features a refrigerator and a microwave, is available for cooking and storing food. The spacious double room also provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer.

The twin room includes the same features as the queen room, but with 2 queen beds.

They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers. The Conference Organisers (ASN Events) and our partner hotels will NEVER send emails or place telephone calls to individuals in order to promote specific accommodations. If you receive emails or telephone calls regarding conference hotel accommodations, please disregard and do not engage with the sender. Our partner hotels will not contact you for any credit card information relating to your reservation via phone calls or email. If credit card authorisation is being requested, the request will only be made directly from our partner hotels upon arrival.

If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Prior to this, room bookings can be modified and/or cancelled without charge. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.
